Summary

63 year old with 1.2 cm Tarlov Cyst causing worsening lower back and left buttock pain radiating down her left leg, along with sharp shooting discomfort, toe numbness and tingling, and a slightly reduced left ankle jerk reflex, all of which were exacerbated by walking, standing, coughing, or climbing stairs. Tarlov cysts are uncommon and underdiagnosed, with notable complexities in diagnosis and management.
