Summary
56-year-old female patient with symptomatic Cervical Tarlov cysts C6–C7 & C7-T1 treated conservatively with a 14-day tapering course of oral corticosteroids. EMG showed reduced recruitment of the triceps and extensor digitorum communis with no automatic activity, indicating possible acute C7 nerve root damage. Symptomatic cervical perineural cysts are exceedingly rare.
